When beating Chief O'Malley, which is more cost effective? First Aid Pack (10 Gold) or Power Attack (20 Gold)?

Medkit for 10 gold plus an extra 1 minute wait. That way you can get 3 hits in for 10 gold vs 4 hits for 20 gold.

The power attack gives you your own attack times 4. The first aid gives you 50 health. So when worked out properly you can get 6 hits out 20 gold buying first aid packs. Where as 20 gold spent power attacking just gives you a single times 4 hit.
