Scenario #1

Wild Card: Seahawks beat Redskins, Vikings beat Packers.
Divisional Round: Falcons continue their streak of choking in the playoffs by losing to the Seahawks, 49ers beat Vikings.
Conference Championship: Seahawks beat 49ers.

Scenario #2

Wild Card: Seahawks beat Redskins, Vikings beat Packers.
Divisional Round: Falcons end their streak of choking in the playoffs by beating the Seahawks, 49ers beat Vikings.
Conference Championship: 49ers beat Falcons.

In the end, it doesn't really matter whether it will be the Seahawks or 49ers going to the Super Bowl as neither of the two would be able to beat the Patriots in the Super Bowl.
