Glitch Player?

Ok, bear with me a little on this issue and provide a little guidance. I have been going back and forth attacking and being attacked by a player who is very close to me in terms of level and stats, I am stronger. Sometimes he defeats me but usually he looses, when I attack him I always win. He is level 114 with 47k/45k A/D. I am level 115 51k/55k A/D. I have high level boost buildings and he has low level boost buildings. Here is the weird factor- when ever he attacks me or I attack him I always suffer 2 to 3 unit losses however he never suffers any losses. He has an army of 10,069 with alliance member count of 472. I have checked several times after I make heavy attacks on his base and his army number does not change. He has thousands of loot units. Is this a "glitch player"? Should I send in a ticket?

Ya sounds like it, sending a ticket will do nothing though, according to 'Funzio' no cas/low cas players don't exist.

There is no accurate # of stats...i have a friend seeing his stats in my screen, let say his on 35k A/30k D, on his screen he's telling a different # of stats on his screen like 42k A/ 35k D... Somebody in the forum said that his stats are in 400k raw A/ 350k raw D when i check his stats in my allies list...And says a different one, 290k A/ 250k D...

When you look at your profile screen, you see your boosted stats. When you look at someone else's stats you see their raw stats, however there is a slight difference when looking at someone else under a different flag. This was mentioned somewhere in the forums before. A friend of mine is playing under UK and I have 2 acct's, my hlp sees my llp as 4196/4598 w/50 allies same flag, my friend sees my stats as 4162/4566 at 50 allies under UK flag. My llp boosted stats are 4318/4726. All stats were taken at the same moment in time....go figure.

LT is correct. You always are seeing the player's unboosted stats. The only exception is that you see the 10% country boost on any player playing under the same flag as you are.
