Now I wonder how I will manage to get the 20 kills since I can't buy gold and tapjoy doesn't have enough offers currently to get the gold needed to do this.

Are you using the tapjoy website or from device... there is an emusic offer for 23 gold up right now.. just cancel within the trial period

Also, I believe others have received their event item after submitting a ticket when in same situation in last event..

Need to get 20th kill first. If I can get more mafia I can definitely get a couple more kills with unused weaponry.

Once you get 20, make sure you screenshot that sucker and everything related so you can send in a support ticket... I have learned to screenshot everything as of late..Even screenshot the boss 21 showing completion of 20

Get stuck on boss 28, progress were still 9/20, no gold no level up, guess I have to send a support ticket to get that car.

screen capture attempts at 28 and add it to your support ticket.. should easily validate your claim
