Boss question

Someone has probably asked this but I started the boss event and got to level 12 now the quest thing came up to beat him 20 times but mine hasn't counted the 12 times I've already beaten him. So if I contact support they should sort that out shouldn't they? Or will I have to go another 20 to get the prize?

Yeah I've got a ticket in about this as I'd completed 16 or 17 before the goal appeared :-(

Not without gold from 22 onwards...and anyways it's a small matter of principle that we should get the reward that's been earned fair and square!

I have the same issue, however, I am waiting to see if it will actually become a problem before I submit a ticket. If I can't beat boss 20 then it's not really a problem, but boss 15 only took 5 hits for me to beat. Unless 16-20 become exponentially more difficult to beat I should be able to get there. I'm not rushing it though, just beating one boss then waiting for my HP to refill before trying the next one.

Yeah same here got to level 19 last time so don't mind spending some gold to get past the 20th

Yeah, last epic boss I did 19 free/cash and spent 10 Tapjoy for one med kit to get boss 20 (got a rare for it too). It would have taken too much to go farther, but I won't complain with 20 free items all better than RP items.

Also beat the boss 17 times before the goals show up , am at 27 bosses now .
Will wait with petitioning till am stuck , since still need to recieve the rewards from last leadership board .

So will do them in one go , easier for support that way .

Beats the measy 5 items , I think this one all should get the car , maybe next one they move the boss to 25 .
30 seemed to high for most to be willing to buy gold for .

what is ur goal saying? most likely u killed one or more befor the goal came up. i killed 17 too early, now im at boss 23 but my goal says only 5/22. no car, ticket submitted.

same happened in sato event to others. they got their blade for beating him 30 times after contacting support

My goal says 7 or 8 I also sent a ticket in, hope they honor past practices

same problem. Goal calls for beating him 50 times and says I'm 8/20, although I just beat 15th boss.

I had to beat the boss 30 times to get the final prize as I beat the boss 10 times before the goals appeared.

I sent a ticket anyways.

agreed... every single support ticket I have ever sent has been handled with a positive outcome for me...we often neglect this, but they have gone above and beyond. They even fixed a tapjoy gold issue for me despite the fact that it wasn't their issue...
