Definately the Dragon Viper for me too. Not because of others that do not have it, but it is a major help in upgrading.
It is one of the two units with a special attribute in my inventory that do work also.
The heavy carrier is the other special one, also how I retrieved it was pretty funny.
I had to level up to see it in the event screen and do the mcdoc method after the level up.

Dragon viper, for the boost. Second would have to be the deadly tiger, which I think gives me the cash boost from raids. Finally the Falcon jet, which is the boost for energy recover. That is nice to have when farming units...

Mine is the Shadow Stalker (20% upgrade reduction time) & the Dragon Viper (another 20% reduction ingrade time). Collectively these 2 have made a massive difference to my IPH and overall stats.

It was a crate item...I think it was the war crates when they were still costing 50/crate or 145 for a 3 pack...those were the days!

My highest in terms of attack is the TransOil Hitman at 833A/567D without boost.

I think my highest in terms of defense is probably the General Command Ship at 510A/840D. With my country boost, naval research and composite factory, the GCS is currently providing around 1,193 defense.

My favorite that I have in terms of appearance is probably the Stealth Fighter. Just looks awesome.

I wish they'd model a unit after the F-22 Raptor though. I snapped this shot on my iphone at the same air show. It's an F-22 Raptor going straight into the vertical. Amazing plane.
