Limitation of hero strength

I read from some high level players wall, said, the limitation of each skills are 200. Really?

My hero strength is at 175 at level 115. Kills the monsters easy at end maps with 2 hits

perhaps they meant you stop acquiring skill points at level 200? You cannot level up past 200 so you would not receive any skill points once you reach level 200 unless you do missions. I am pretty sure you can get over 200 skill points because there was a guy in CC with 280 attack skill points and 200 defense skill points

I saw one comment, and it said fairly explicitly that hero strength was 200 and couldn't go higher (which given it would have happened when they were levelling would have been noticed). Nothing was said about attack & defense. As an aside, if attack was limited to 200 in KA, that event unit they auctioned a few weeks ago that gave +100 attack skill was an 'interesting' choice.

Attack skill in CC is not limited to 200 including bonuses - I have three items with attack skill bonuses and a total attack skill of 336. I do not know if the base attack skill from leveling is limited.
