It sounds like the 170 line was drawn pretty clearly. That's probably why there was a glitch - they were programming level brackets.

Maybe that is the top bracket currently (170-200). Though depending on number of brackets they probably have them spread to have similar numbers probably. If there is ten brackets and the top is 31 levels then there must be some 14 level brackets.....

Though it might go up once more people hit the 180 level plateau to be more evenly spread across the spectrum of levels.
