Is there any change for Assult bear(mine is camouflaged bear)

I was got 10th event Camouflaged Bear - 30% more attack for ground unit.
But cannot see the change of my Att.

Someone have any change of attack stats?
Now i have wonder is it changed by update? or any new for update?

Nope. Still not working, but things could be worse. Like the Leaderboard winners who are getting shafted.
