View Full Version : Lost data during cleaning

I noticed my kingdom age app was "cleaning" (I've seen it do this a few times), and then when I opened it up I noticed a few things;
-I lost my hero weapon the lava staff and it was replaced with a never ending shock with 6 less attack bonus
-My stats had each dropped by about 1000 points, both attack and defense
-I lost all my boxes for the current event. This is not a big deal, just something else I noticed

Sounds more like cleaned out. I have an Elven staff you could borrow till you get back on your feet.

What do you mean by "cleaning"? Just want to know so that I can recognize it if it happens to me!
As usual, send ticket to Support, I guess. Next time, tell them to send the spare boxes to me so that I can save on levelling up :D
Seems like so much instability on KA recently.

Any time I've lost stuff, boxes or units. I just shut down and restart app or delete reinstall and it fixes itself.

This stuff happened to me two months ago in all my funzio games but didn't notice any change in stats and hero weapon.

I still dont have access to ka. I have deleted / reinstalled etc and it keeps crashing. Have sent a ticket out of game and still no reply :(

When did you send the ticket? Its still the weekend in California, so I doubt if anyone is working on the issue at this moment. It will probably take a few days.

It says "cleaning" in place of the apps name and the app is kind of shaded like how apps look when they are installing.
I deleted the app and reinstalled and everything is back to normal now.
