Been MIA...What's the story with cheaters and hacks?

Haven't been too active on the forum. Unfortunately corporate policy limits my frequency to "games" websites. Last time I was here, cheaters and hacks were running rampant. Heard CCM implemented a program, and looking through the last five pages, I did not notice one thread referencing either one. What's the story? Safe to play the game again without been mishandled by someone in level 10 who has over 30000 attack and defense?

It is not really working banning the more legit players ... then it is banning the hackers .
So still no go , just simply play your own pace and have fun .

They did remove a lot of lower levels hackers , oh it is safe to play .
Since rivalry list has been fixed to show attackable targets and rob able targets !

With a certain cap on maffia limit too , so TL goals have a maffia cap too , based on your maffia numbers.
