Since Gree gets so much grief on these forums, for right or wrong, I feel it's only fair to give credit where credit is due. I'm not gonna go into details, just a "thank you" for answering my ticket.

Ah, what the heck...they gave me my freakin' sword !!!

Don't lose hope guys and gals. Support IS getting better and they DO answer tickets.

I got a ticket answered today too. And it was sent from Gree not Funzio! Solid work!

you cant please everybody, but support for me has always been good from funzio. not sure about gree though. hopefully they do the job they are paid to do. and to know that if it wasnt for the people that buy gold. they probably wouldnt have that job.

Ah, I got this message from support in regards to my expansion that was lost in the rollback.
Thank you for contacting Funzio Support. We would be glad to offer all assistance we can with your issue, but we are seeing you as being on an older version of the game. That being the case, we would like you to delete and reinstall the game from the app store. You won't lose any progress (we store your character info on our servers)I get the feeling that's not going to work :rolleyes:

It was also very astute of them to notice I was still on v2.4 before 2.5 was available. Bunch of super sleuths. :p

I got a ticket answered today too. And it was sent from Gree not Funzio! Solid work! I've sent 2 tickets and one was answered by GREE and the other was answered by Funzio. What's the difference? (I don't mean how the companies are different, I just mean is there any difference of who answers it?)

To me the support is always good. Not answered within a day, but always handled as it should. Would give them a 9 because they always respond and react on my little (lost 10 gold because of a missclick) anoying requests.

Lol, I'm on android so I didn't get the epic boss event but 2 swords would be awesome :P
