You should get yourself banned and report yourself for posting meaningless threads.

- How many threads are dated from last year that are still commented on?
- Do you want me create new threads about the same topic again? (Then I get flamed, "please use search or look in to our faq").
- Maybe instead of reporting me, go complain to Admin for not locking all old threads. Or simply go get a life

Read it. Still don't know why it's such a big deal discussing something from the past.
As for a lot of other don'ts, I'm surprised there are any people left. Pretty much every restriction has been flouted and still is on a daily basis.

So exactly WHAT qualifies as a Necro thread again? And why is it a Big Deal to comment on an old thread that is still relevant? I sometimes update the Goals & Acheiements thread which has slipped to page 8 or 9. I don't get it.

very recently necro of threads was occurring in the CC forum and everyone who posted on the thread got the ban hammer for atleast a week. CCM has tried to define what it is several times but the best definition was that a thread that has not been posted in for several weeks is posted in with the new posts not contributing to the original or the last post is so old that any reader could be misled by old and out of date information in the necroed thread. The threads that were posted in were dating back 9 months ago for some and atleast 4 or 5 for others. Take it or leave it if you want but it was a warning. Ask a few of our CC brethren about it. Some of the ones banned did nothing but reply to a thread that they thought was active but was really necroed by someone else.
