Jailbreaking iphone 4s

Has anyone tried to jailbreak their 4s? I know if voids the warranty and all that, but did it affect your crime city game? Did it erase your data?

I should also add that I dont plan on using the jailbreak to help cheat in crime city in anyway. I really like my hood and dont want to make a fake hood by cheating.
