Grand champion on the crate event not awarded

Hey Jhoemel ... Can you post something on Forum about me not being credited with Grand Champion Prizes up till now, nearly 30 hours after the Scarab Event ended ... & get your friends to do so too? ... I can't post on Forum yet.

I cant believe the winner still havent received their unit after that long

Sometimes the winners wait weeks for top prizes... and what is worse, sometimes they don't work! Or at least that has happened with the CC events. Gree will figure it out sooner or later & get the prizes out.

Mad... both the investment and the delay... well done for getting it though... I can't justify the value spending that much. I spent about $4000 in the last 110 days on all my various accounts (2 MW and CC and KA all have gold/gems) but can't make myself do these auction events for what you get.

Having said this if they move to these style of events it's not nice to have to wait after so much money and commitement from players!

I had to wait 2 weeks for my Black Widow Shotgun... we've all been waiting months now for our Assault Bears +30% ground bonus none of us have...

wow, for how many money he is spending, he should be getting really good services. I can't name another company that doesnt give top priority to their biggest customer.

That's pretty ridiculous. I understand technical issues happen, but for huge money spenders like those who win the grand prize, that should be addressed ASAP. I mean seriously, that's like spitting in the face of your top spenders. And the fact that bonuses don't work on some of those prizes (20% whatever) is downright criminal. If you advertise a product as such, and someone spends money to obtain it (especially the ridiculous amounts necessary for the top prizes), and don't follow through as a company by providing said product, you're definitely breaking the número uno consumer law. If they offer refunds that's one thing, but I have a feeling that isn't the case.

Really hope Funzio/GREE improve in this area, it's pretty ludicrous to still offer prizes that sometimes aren't awarded or don't even work as advertised. Again, I understand stuff happens, but that's why you have a team of programmers, engineers, and customer service reps. What's going on Funzio?

I'm glad, he certainly deserves it. Still think it's suspect that some players in CC aren't receiving their prize units for weeks after the events end, or that the prize bonuses sometimes don't work (at all).

Some times it feels like Gree just have one person working on these games and he or she is overloaded with work.

There are so many cheats in CC, I think they actually check some of the winners before the give out prizes.
