Looks like you might be banned..... Did u recently purchase gold?? If so contact them with a copy of your recipt, and I have read in forums that they will re active your account, but won't compinsate for lost time in the game..... Good luck!!

Thanks for the remind. I never purchased any gold(tapjoy only),but recently had a misclick on a gold item on sale when logged in.
So I wrote a request for taking my gold back and remove that item. They probably banned my account and finishing the item remove?

I got that and recieved a permanent ban for violating there language policies. Email support and you can try to get re instated but it doesn't always work. That message won't just be for an item removal they do that simply.

Youve done something wrong if you done the money glitch that was going around a few months ago then it could be that heaps of people have been getting banned lately for that glitch

I have the same problem as OP but have never used a money glitch (no idea what that even is) or used bad language.

Don't worry. You just need to contact support or ccm. They will help you on this issue.

I really need to collect those NCs...lol. How long it's gonna take?

Is it a sign from god that I should quit this game? Nvm if it's just a massive ban.

It took the support team about 4 days to reply mine. I think there's no way that you can collect your nc. During this period, you can relax and enjoy your social life.

Hi Shawn... I see from your posted pic that you are playing CC HD... Have you tried the non-HD version? Maybe you can log-in that way? Probably not, but worth a shot.

Your KA game is ok, yeah? ...I haven't checked that forum if you posted there or not.

It might take a while, support is way back-logged, but good luck getting your game back asap.
