100 gems! what to do?

So I got 100 gems for the name-that-unit contest. Thank you, Crime City Mark!
First I have to say: Darkwoods Terror was the best name.

But now, what to do with those 100 gems?

I would like to hear your advice!

(and for who is wondering what happened with my initial 10,
I miss-clicked those in the Boss event on a health restore)

To be honest there isn't much you can do with them! Personally I would use them in the boss events.

I'm not a gem player, but Id probably consider saving them in hopes that you
win another contest and can invest in a gem money building. Or to push yourself
over the hump if you get close to a 250 or 50 tier in an auction-style event.

50. Using the Cure Potions is actually the most effective way to fight bosses when you need a boost.

10 gems = 50 bh -then wait 1 minute to get 51 bh and you can gold hit 3 times.
25 gems = One 4x attack hit.

By using 2 cure potions you can hit an extra 6 times for 20 gems, compared to a 4x dmg hit for 25 gems. So it's the best option as you get 6 hits to 4 and it's 5 gems cheaper.

It's important to use gold hits or you're not utilizing your battle health points to make the cure potions effective.
