Rollback?

My money energy jobs and xp just got rolled back maybe 24h yet my upgrades didn't, does anyone know why this has happened? Is there a bug?

So apparently a lot of people have been affected by this, hopefully mark or someone can get us an explanation, I'm going to leave the game until tomorrow and hope it's been sorted.

I got a free scratcher too but I would prefer the time I have lost and the millions I had banked that I lost

Yea, it's still bring realy buggy just collected all buildings but they were not due, I'm down from 150 to 149, it's keeps rolling back when I close and reopen the app

If you think it might be a server prob, delete & re-install the app...

Wtf just collected all buildings, banked about 20m and wrote that post, gone back on game and my buildings are all now 11.55h and 23.5 away from collection yet I'm 20m short in my bank

It's not a big issue, only half a day or so roll back, and it brought me down a level not up, I am like 500xp off 150, I have sent a ticket but will leave it a day to see if it fixes itself, I think it's prob a problem my end maybe

There is definitely something buggy or broken going on today.

My energy and stamina are refilling much faster than normal, I had 8 gold bars go missing (nothing costs 8 gold and my current build and upgrade are both still in progress and due to finish at the expected time).

Happened to me too. Shut it down as everytime I tried to roba building it said it was already looted. Got refills, scratcher and lost about $60,000 from my bank.

Same thing happened to me at about 7.45pm GMT, lost a load of cash, dropped a level, had full energy and stamina, the chance of another daily scratcher, the only thing that does not seem affected are the timings, my current upgrade and build?
Sent in a ticket, will see what happens!

Just checked my RP and I have the same amount, give or take a few as 12 hours or so ago, but I have been Robbing and attacking all day, and to clarify a load of cash, it was around 16 mil.
It also happened mid game I think, I don't recall closing the app at all???

I was at war with a dude, his hood lit up with every building ready prematurely, I robbed all of them noting explosives before and after. They lost 40 stun grenades and 2 land mines, now that things are back to normal, they have still lost them, :P Little fecker's mind will be blown.

Is it worth submitting a ticket about this btw?
I'd ask for 15M put in my bank, 5K RP added and 4 TLCs given back...

I don't think it was a rollback. I sold all my buildings this morning to rebuild from scratch and banked 1.3 million. If it was a rollback I would have got my buildings back. Instead I lost all my buildings and the money for cashing them in. It sounds like Funzio went bankrupt and took me down with them.

I wrote down there fights lost total earlier today just because and now there fights lost total is almost 500 less then it was earlier. I've attacked said player at least 40 times today. I don't want to jump any gun and want to give benifit of the doubt to said player 1st before accusing....

You can still 'play' your game even w a weak signal or if the signal drops after you load into the game and while you cant do much, your stats and items and loot and iph still exist for you to see while other chunks of information available from the server are not accessable...like accessing other hoods and interacting in this manner...did someone already beat me to this theory or would any pocket-protector promoters care to chime in...?

Wow...thought it was only me. I was rolled back a level (42 to 41) and lost $80K and 400RP. I know this doesn't seem like much to some of the top players but it was tough to earn all day!

I also received a full energy bay and another daily scratcher.

i can confirm that, in the moring at had 86033 fights, added at least 200 during the day, now back to 86033..
also all my crate items and event rifle is gone, of course i didnt get the gold back i spent this morning, but got another free scratcher and won another siege rocket launcher, what a deal :(

this happened to me to. Went from level 110 to level 109 and lost 2000 ex points. It pushed back multiple jobs that I completed and it added money into the bank that I did not have. My upgrade expansion and loft construction were not effected. I am using an Ipad and I am located in New Jersey, so from what I have read in this forum this messed a lot of people up.

All the mutable data (stats, owned items, etc) seems to stored on the server. The game pulls the data at startup, sends changes and synchronizes the data regularly. I don't think that unsynched changes exists for more than a few minutes without the app complaining about a missing server connection.

I just noticed I also have a bunch of map jobs that were undone. I was part way through level 3 of Retaurant Row and now I only have 1 job done. What pisses me off about that is I already finished the boss (The Butcher - 12 hits) and now it's like that never happened.

This is a colossal **** up of epic proportions. I'm not surprised since this is greedzio and the game has always been broken, but this is a majorly game-breaking bug.

I Recieved the same reply from funzio I was affected in that my $40 mill hood expansion was rolled back (had only started expansion approx 12 hrs earlier) and only $38 mill was put back to my bank (still missing $5 mill on top of the $38 Mill) and also I am missing the last item (10 ID Cards) I Recieved in the Forgery printer event in the final few hrs of the event So Peeps check your Event items ...I'm using a iPad2 in Australia & was online at the time the rollback happened as I saw my energy go from near empty to full

i got gold credited to my account without any email from funzio yet. if this is my compensation for the crate items still missing im not happy about how they handle it. i spent more than that and will not get the same items out of it i recon.

Here's the current status:

-If you lost a leaderboard item, it's been re-added to your account.

-If you lost gold, we're in the process of getting it back to you right now (most of this has already been completed). This was gold purchased on the lost day; if you bought something with it and the thing you bought with it was lost, chances are we cannot replace the actual purchase. But you WILL get the gold.

-If you lost money or progress (and sent in a ticket), it has either been reimbursed by our Support agents, or it will be soon.

-For other more specific tickets sent to us, please bear with us while we work through these over the next few days. We're handling all cases not mentioned above by hand, no automation, so your patience is appreciated.
