Loot - has it ceased?

For a number of weeks now I haven't received any loot from the maps. Has it been nerfed? Anyone else had this? I can't loot the bomb and even the bosses after 20 hits don't drop anything!!!

New bosses don't drop guaranteed loot, but Ma sheng and Kane still work fine..
Have 46 tonfas and 18 mech suits and a few rifles, but new map loot is much better

im still getting steady drops for TLC's i didn't know the new bosses don't drop 100% though.
