But either up hold the EULA , or do not uphold the EULA .
You can't cut it both ways , even if EULA is always against the user .
And original owner of the game especially since it UID tied .
Is easy to find out , now if a another promise was kept with that account I given away .
Then the account wasn't mine , or I forgo the right to it .
But since she didn't meet any of conditions , guess am still the original owner .
