Yes, contact support & they will unblock them.

When you block someone, does it mean he/she will disappear from your battle list?

Last time it happened, it took 2 weeks for support to resolve.

But they did fix it for ya. It sucks, I know. I've been waiting on a ticket for over a week now myself. When I sent a follow up 4 days later, if the ticket #'s go in order, they had received over 1,000 new tickets a day. Not sure how many ppl work in their support department but that's quite a number to resolve each day.
