This player that I saw had a lot of overpowered items, I don't know if it's possible but I need your opinion whether his cheating or not

He got these following items:

7pcs X-R Laser Rifle, Atk1200 Def1050 (this week's event top25 price)
8pcs Crime Lord SMG, Atk12xx Def962
5pcs Blazing Monster, Atk14xx Def850
4pcs Executioner Platform, Atk10xx Def1218
4pcs Axe Smasher, Atk12xx Def10xx
6pcs Fighter Exosuit, Atk576 Def1671

He got total of 46k ATK and 48k DEF without much of gold and other money items

please help me decide if I will report him or not, thanks!

As legit as it gets. He just so quick he manages to go through events 7-8 times when everybody else do it only measly 1 time. ;)

You can only get it by ranking in the top 25 in the event. There's no other way.
