Tapjoy gold for android users

Hi everybody,
Does anybody knows how can I get gold from www.tapjoy.com when playing the game from android?
Becouse neither if I start dowloading the advertised game from Crime City add founds - free gold tab nor by login directly on tapjoy site I can see Crime City as my application and having the option of earnimg free gold.
I dowloaded and played several games but did not get any gold.
Any help will be appreciated.

i am sure that's a bug. happened to me too. but now i use tapjoy and crime city add founds and i got 51 gold in 2-3 weeks

Send a ticket to tapjoy support from the in-game tapjoy free gold section. If you are sure you have completed the required action(s), press the ? in the upper right hand corner of the free gold section, find the action in question, and report it.

Thanks for answering guys.
I send the tickets to both Funzio/Gee and Tapjoy long before posting here but didn't get any replay back.
I was hopping somebody might know a way of fixing this without waiting for the support, they probably having lots of thickets and this kind of problem is not much of priority for them.
