Can we please upgrade two buildings at the same time? maybe just cut back on the time it take, 86 hours for a level nine upgrade is a bit overdoing it...

I believe someone asked for this about 3 days after the game was initially released. My guess is that they did this intentionally so you would have to buy gold to speed things up.

In a way it's a catch 22, if you rapidly build your money buildings but you vault lags behind then you run the real risk of becoming everyone's favourite ATM.

I believe an event prize in KA was the ability to upgrade two buildings at once, but it was only given to the top 25. So basically, the biggest spenders won a prize that they probably need less than the average joe does. I wouldn't be shocked to see it here at some point, but it would have really been more useful about 100 levels ago, for me.

My thoughts are that they don't allow you to upgrade more than one at a time because once you finish all your upgrades, then what? Just like buildings, once you build all the buildings they offer, then what? Then everyone complains we need new buildings.

This game has a limited life span as it is. I believe the creator's idea is to make it take as long as possible for you to finish things so you keep playing the game. Yes it's boring and takes forever waiting for upgrades to complete, but that's part of the challenge. Imagine how boring it would be if you instantly or even quickly upgraded everything to completion and then you have no more challenges. Then what? The game needs challenges and strategy. Everyone seems to have a different opinion on which building to upgrade first and why their reason makes the most sense strategically. But once everything is done your left in a holding pattern until something new comes out.

The vault is another argument. They need to raise the limit of how much you can protect. I feel that would kill this game. Then you lose the challenge of protecting your money for those big upgrades. PVP would lose the interest of those looking for cash also. I'm sure that's why they needed to add battle points, so many people vault all their money and they needed something new to challenge us and give us more goals. But then there are people who quickly try to race through all the levels, then get bored and complain that there's nothing left to do...they get bored waiting for something new again.

To me this game is about patience. It's interesting as long as you can stay patient and try to make yourself as strong as possible, or until the day there's nothing left for you to do. Most of us will finally lose our patience and slowly lose interest in this game, while others will rush through and just be bored with nothing left to do.

Dirty Doug,

I completely agree. Nobody likes to see triple digit figure for hours remaining, but the balance is also important. Income, vault, building and upgrading time, your att/def power gives you different bottle necks in the different stage of the game.

At least for me to identify and plan in advance the potential bottle necks and came out "smoothly" through them gives the most pleasure. You need to see the number of actions in advance.

Generally, coming back to suggestion regarding two upgrades - I can predict that you'll quickly run out of cash and cheap upgrades. You want to get extra cash? - you'll go for PVP/PVE. Then you'll find yourself with too much XP, which means you get attacked, as you have not been able to invest into units as you lacked money for upgrades. So you'll change bottle neck of upgrade time to other issues.

So I agree to DD, what Funzio made it slow as building/upgrading has limits, while PVP/PVE don't. So you can spend time in game doing PVP while waiting for upgrade to finish.

I have to agree that upgrading two buildings would be too easy. It does make u use tactics and think about it more. But I also have to agree some of the upgrade times are a bit high. If u think 84 hours Is high wait till u get some with over 100 at just level 5 haha. End of the day it's like I always say. One building upgrade means more gold to be spent on finishing the upgrade quicker. Which means more money in greed pockets. But that's wat they have to do to keep upgrades coming.
