Just a note to those who've been waiting to hear back from Funzio support regarding tickets sent in (especially those with unfairly banned accounts).
I sent in a ticket to Funzio on July 20 concerning an issue with one of the box events a couple weeks back. I finally got a response on August 2.
Just wanted to point this out to the banned players waiting to hear back, I do think Funzio will address your issues, they just seem to have a back-log of tickets to address first (I assume they handle problems in terms of order received). It just may take a week or two, unfortunately. The delay is probably due to some of the issues I've heard mentioned regarding MW or CC.
Just be patient (I know it's difficult, this is like the crystal meth of iOS games), but give them a bit of time and I'm sure they'll get your issues fixed. Sorry to those currently locked out, know it sucks. Hopefully an idea of the timeline involved may ease some worries. Hope this is helpful.

Just to add, my ticket which was a very much easier issue involving something weird I saw was sent on 24 July and responded to on 29 July. My commiserations to those still waiting. Be strong, be patient.

I think the gem/unfairly banned issue may take more time since they'll probably have to verify purchases through iTunes. Again, I'm sure it's an important issue for them especially since, from what I can tell, these bans are related to gem purchases, which again involves checking with Apple. That can expectedly take extra time since Funzio will have to wait on the response from iTunes and their payment processing service, and possibly even the individual customers' credit card companies.
It's understandably frustrating, but I seriously doubt Funzio wouldn't want to rectify this issue for people who are spending money on the game. Hopefully they'll get it resolved as soon as possible.

omg, Hap! That long ago? You are certainly positively patient!
I would not send in tickets IF they would program a Gem Use Confirmation Button... or a gem lock-vault that you could unlock when you wanted to spend your gems.
I hate using gems to finish upgrades, never have, never will intentionally & I hate having to ask when I do mis-tap, but it is just too easy to double-tap & *poof* they are gone... and I do try to be very, very carful. Always, in good faith that I will get a refund eventually, I wait until the upgrade time would have been up before beginning a new upgrade because I wouldn't want Gree/Funzio to think or see that I'm taking advantage.
I know they will get around to resolving issues. I hope they do get a faster turn around time like CCMark has said, 24-hrs is their goal.

My issue is they owe me 2500 gems as a bonus for purchases more then $500 x 1500 a month and still waiting and waiting for my bonus they advertise, I got my solicitor ready and ready to travel to US if I have to. If CJ and CCM got time to make post on this forum they got time to reply emails. This goes straight to the top with bad management on how to organize support.. If you dunno how to run a company you might aswel close it....Right..next question????

They do have to validate each of our months purchases against an iTunes report they have to order, they cannot order it until after close of month and when iTunes, not the company are able to provide it. Clearly you live with your head so far up your arse you words stink like sh*t. Have some forethought, learn a little about how large business systems and reporting RTCI's and other reports are done. Back off from your wank, "fly your solicitor to the US"... clearly your heads been there so long you mouth has become your anus...

EDIT: To the rest of you... I am still having massive issues... have had assurances a few days ago CCM would meet CJ to sort it out. After 2 more days of hearing nothing I chased it and was told by CCM he can't nake staff do things. I am unsatisfied with the total lack of communicaton, but I am hanging my hat on CJ that he will not dissapoint. I have had a lot of issues and have sadly had to reach the angry threatening level to get it in front of someone like CJ who can actually get it fixed or compensate. But if staff like CJ are only 1 or two people trying to fix over 1 million players serious issues... there will be delays no matter how angry or frustrated we feel. Personally if I miss being able to buy this latest MW LE set I am giving it another 48 hours and then just going to do what I feel needs to be done and let the fallout follow. But other than that I do believe they (CJ) are trying to do the best with the authorities they hold and if it is not enough for me or you then just do what you need to do or shut up (targeted at some people)

Just look at some of my older posts complaining about Box Event open rates and you'll see that's not the case... Unless all of those were a clever ruse just to throw people off track.

You do realize other people are having a problem with being locked out after making gem purchases, don't you? It has nothing to do with you and everything to do with them. Apparently you're like the sun (in your own mind). All kidding aside:
I don't know the details of Funzio's inner workings (or do I... DUN, DUN, Duuuuunnnn), but I expect Funzio's public relations don't have much they can do on the technical side of things other than to pass messages along to support, which amounts to the same thing as sending in a ticket or contacting CCM and asking for help (if you can't log into the game). Which leads me back to my point that they seem a bit behind, so my best and only suggestion is to be patient. As said, it makes no sense to ignore people spending money on the game by buying gems.
What's the $500 x 1500 thing? You get free gems for spending a certain amount per month? I hadn't heard of that before.

Yeah, no two months is pushing it. I'd be pissed at no response after that long.
And KoD, sorry you haven't gotten a fix yet. Keeping my fingers crossed for you and hope it gets resolved ASAP. Now that we're a few days into August, here's hoping iTunes and Funzio can sort out the past months purchase related problems quick, fast, and in a hurry.

DIrishB, the bonus for being a good customer is real, if you spend $500 or more in the lapse of a month you got a bonus but i believe you must sign to be a VIP. CCM answered abouth this maybe two weeks ago.

Oh I believed him, I'd just never heard about it. Yeah, I'm one of those guys, I come to the party late often. Thanks for the info, though, I'll try to track down that post by CCM.
And if I'd spent $500 in one month with promises of a bonus and hadn't received it, I'd be upset too. He just needs to learn to focus his aggression at the right people in productive ways. Internet tough guys are always a sad approach to take. Almost as sad as people looking for sex in chat rooms. Well, not almost, but it's the same ballpark.

EDIT: just read through several pages of that thread, pretty cool. I liked CCMs responses and was a cool little view into his personality in terms of some of the answers to non-game questions. From his avatar I always assumed he was an overweight, cigar-smoking Italian guy in expensive suits using Funzio as a way to launder his organized crime scratch.

Um, exactly who was pushing you around? You're the one who came in all roaring hellfire, bud, and accused me of being a "spy". And no offense, but saying things "the way it is" would by definition include others points of view besides your own, otherwise you're saying it as only you see it. A large dose of tact, reading comprehension, and wisdom will probably serve you well in the future.
Anyway, bygones and all that, no hard feelings, just want us to be clear I take the same "take no **** from anyone" stance. I get you're pissed about having to wait on the promised bonus, but as i said before it could just be due to Funzio having to collect the months transaction records, then crediting the bonuses to those who qualify. How long ago was it you spent the money? There may be a one or two month turnaround, is all.
10k/month bonus? Blink.
That's a lot of Benjamins... and even more Washingtons.
I wonder how many of those Wildstallion qualified for...?
