After saving like for a million years I have a nightclub being constructed. Just curious what the upgrade cost is to level 2 and the income that you get after that?

Congrats by the way!! For the best roi upgrade the first night club to level 3 before u build second. That's what I did. Tedious but way worth the wait

The worst thing about the nightclub is it makes any other money move you want to make pointless. I thought once I had a night club I would be able to upgrade my rock cafes, pirate taverns, churches, UCs, etc... but instead the only thing that makes sense was a level 2 night club. Now I have a level 2 night club and I'm in the same boat. While it is correct to go to level 3 before building the second one I'm not sure I have the patience. I kind of want to just build it and get rid of my mafia and no bank/camp for a while.

But yeah I think of how fun it would be to upgrade all these various buildings but I just don't want to spend the money while I'm saving for the next 40 million (or 110 million) for night club related activities.

Then around 111.6M for 1M and 50K income at level 3

The Scariest thing for me is that I saved for that nightclub without banking. Just refused to pay the 10% charge.

Honestly it doesn't even feel like a 6 hour building. It feels like an amazing 48 hour building that lets you collect every 6 hours.

I also want to build condos and credit agencies but it's all on hold until the second night club is built - and probably until they're both at level 2 or 3.

What lvl are you? If you are not close to the lvl requirements for an building I do not believe it will show up on your list.

Demoni is right. You need to level up more to be able to see it in the store

The Credit Agency is only unlocked at level 117. The condo is unlocked at 108.You've got a ways to go before being able to build them if you're only level 10.

Seriously, don't worry about any buildings besides the movie theaters, lofts, and night clubs.

If you are having trouble affording the MTs, build and upgrade 2 houses, 2 barbershops, 2 basketball courts, and 2 t-shirt stands when you can. Get them all to level 10 and you will be able to afford the MTs no problem.

Yeah basketball courts are rather large compared to other income buildings and they don't pay that much. If they werent level 10 for me I would have considered selling them. Yeah MT and Lofts all the way I agree. All my other buildings are at lvl 6 or above and you wait stupid amount of hrs for only 2k increase...

After endless debating, I finally decided to build my first nightclub tonight. Most of my buildings are 24, 48, with a couple 12's. I do still have some worthless buildings left over from the beginning of the game. Just built to lofts while I was raising money for the nightclub. Not a gold player so I only have two gold buildings I bought with tap joy gold. I'll probably only collect the nightclub twice, maybe three times a day. Definitely won't lose any sleep over trying to collect four times a day. So it will probably get robbed twice a day. I figure once I get it to level three it won't matter much though, because the payout for collecting twice a day will be pretty sweet.

Nothing is as good as the NC after you build it the next thing is upgrading it. The next 2 best buildings are the casino and the palm hotel.

I know robbers love Nightclubs, but not as much as owners! Robbers get excited when they are lucky enough to come across one that hasn't been collected. Owners get excited up to 4 times a day. Even if they are robbed from time to time, owners are making plenty off of them.

Build time is crazy, can't imagine what the time for that casino is going to be like. My NC finishes next Friday. Seems like a long time away. Going to be upgrading my lofts in the mean time. I think I'll wait about a week after it finishes before I start saving for the upgrade to level 2. That way I can upgrade a few buildings

They will give you the same growth, second to lvl2 cost 1+5/3=8/3=2.67X ,but lvl3 cost 25/9=2.78X
X is the base cost which is 40m.
Not only cheaper,but also save faster. While the rest of your base is saving the whole time,your built lvl1 NC can actually help saving for lvl2 cost. However go straight to lvl3 gets no extra help, which means saving is even slower.

If you plan on saving up for a NC at 12k IPH, it's gonna take a VERY long time. You should get Lofts and MTs first while upgrading other builidings like House, Italian Restaurant, and T-Shirt Stand. What level are you at?

Ok buddy, read some "best of best guide" and write down a list of good buildings that worth for upgrade(I can give you if you have trouble figuring that out).
Then follow the order of ROI to upgrade one after one, ROI order is extremely useful in middle Econ build which is from like 20k to 150k IpH.
Since you are at lvl74,better consider saving for Nightclub after your IpH reaches 150k to have a high game efficiency.

Dreno, you better clear up your mind since all you doing is saving for NC and nothing else.

Don't mess up the orders, lvl1 lvl2 lvl1 lvl2 then lvl3 lvl3.

man, it's going to take forever for me to get a night club. it's taken me 3 months (no gold spend, except for a basketball court) to reach 42k (i have enough to push it to 45k in the bank right now, waiting for an upgrade to finish).

i'm currently lvl 58 with 42k IPH. will probably have to wait 3-4 more months until i can even start saving up for one.

i know, that's why i said it would take me 3ish months before i can even start saving. i plan to do it once my MTs are both level 8's, lofts are both level 6's. right now, my lofts are level 3's and MT's are level 5's.

that should be 1.6 million per day, not including my other buildings. im thinking i'll be in the 70's by then, so $66k iph will come from MTs and lofts, and then maybe another 35k from other buildings.. so $100k maybe. i might just upgrade 1 turret per day once i start saving.

man, it's probably going to take me a bit longer. i would be more comfortable with having at least 130k iph before saving. that should be more like 2.5 million per day (80% collections of iph), which would still take 3 weeks to save up for.

From what I recall I started saving for the 1st night club on two separate accounts all around the 55k/hr mark. Took about six weeks or so to get them. After that my economy snow balled.

IMO if you wait to have an income over 100k it is not a good idea. The longer you delay nc build and more importantly nc upgrades you will run into a higher likelihood of having to bank more or be susceptible to robberies/attacks.

NC upgrades in the 100s of millions will be more painful as you approach whale territory.

I suggest if you can build a nc in under 30 days it should be done without question.

Ok cool thanks for the tips. 2mt one lvl 3 and lvl2. the loft is building as we speak. gonna concentrate on the 12hr building to get them up higher.

On my camper I left my lofts at 5 and slowly put my MTs to 8 while I saved. Now that it has 2 level 3 nightclubs I felt it was more worth to raise the lofts level. I wouldn't exactly say that the loft or MT give you that snowball effect.

Upgrade NC to L2 before building 2nd NC....that upgrade is the best one in the game, it's the reason to build the NC in the 1st place.

I forgot what buidlings are available at that level, but I think some quality ones are available to you by then (DRs, Upscales, Beachside Inns, Brownstones, etc) you could quickly boost your income in the next few weeks, quite substantially, if you built/upgraded the right buildings...I would say it for were really set on saving for a NC, you could probably be ready to start in a month. You could start now, but I think you are missing a bunch of very high ROI build/upgrades that you should do at your level before you start saving for your NC.
