I have sent in ticket numbers 170751, 171446, 173522, 175355. I am still waiting for a resolution to my issue. I have sent support and cj all the information I had to help this problem. iTunes and bank receipts. I also contacted apple support and this morning they refunded my gems I bought during the sale. This is NOT what I asked them to do. Could someone at Funzio please help me. Please.

I feel so loved. Thank you all. You guys are the best!! Spectra I hope they fix yours soon too. Im hoping today since its Friday. Please let them fix it before the next event.
