How does he survive with stats so low?
He's only playing with 26 mafia.
He shouldn't even show up on the 500 'bracket'

I have been seeing a lot of low mafia players in my rivals list lately. Maybe it is because the amount of active players is thinning and we are getting a crack at these to give us options?

This is why we haven't had another PvP event in a long time.

Nah, I would suspect that these are possibly hackers to get to high level?

A hasty assumption. Many players even in the VHL did jobs (think 10000+) without knowing they were a hindrance on one's game, others enjoy doing it just on the OCD factor alone. There are many 200 lvls with sub-10k stats so assuming they're cheaters makes you a wolf-cryer. Not as many ppl hack the game as you think, and the ones that slip through to >lvl 125 are few and far between when considering the entire player pool.

Actually, lately many new HL players have been showing up overnight w zero stats cause they used the most recent hack. This has been happening w great frequency over last 2 weeks specifically. Though what you say nope is true as well.

It certainly can be a red flag of a hacker especially due to the most recent hacks.

If the hacks are new, give it time for patches to be developed. Then those accounts will get banned and they will start all over again.

I have seen (and reported) a few with little jobs/attacks/robs and yet hey made it to high level.

In that case 1+1 doesn't = 2.

They will get it fixed in time with a few that manage to sift through undetected.
