Just got back & started both events last nite. The double feature & the jewel box. Every time i try to purchase gold, i get the "oops, please try again". Must have tried 100 times by now. Submitted my ticket about 12hrs ago, & b4 Gree, i would've heard something back, but nothing! Wrote again an hour ago, still nada. I dont expect an Immediate solution, but if i'm gonna have to miss both events, it would b nice to knowsomething. And yes, all u haters, i buy gold from time to time! 😃😄😊😃😉U & ur team would've had me fixed up by now!! Miss u guys!!!!!

Same thing happened to me yesterday the problem was with itunes not funzio. You gotta have iTunes support deal with it.

Enter your credit card info into iTunes again, that's what I had to do to fix that problem.

If its a RL money problem with Gree and not iTunes gree would of replied in less than 2 minutes

Usually itunes says " u need to contact itunes to complete this transaction". Either way, i'm giving them a shout! 😃😃
