Blockbuster is a free 2 week trial.. but I found a code that turned it into a 1 month...

You could contact tapjoy support, but they are notoriously difficult and inept. I had one issue with no gold on installing KA. I finally contacted crime city support and they credited me for it but made it clear that it was a one time thing and not their policy as the gold from tapjoy is separate...Good Luck

Contact Tapjoy support with proof that you are a new first time member of netflix. Took me a week to get mine. And it was short on gold...
