When does one reach "The Shark Pitt"

Shark Pitt eh? I'm so used to hearing it called the Shark Tank ;)

It's a local term for the most part. It happens when you reach a certain level, not necessarily when your mob hits 500. Because people are always leveling, the shark tank is constantly being pushed up.

To be honest, I cant give a set level right now but I believe it is around 160?
