Back to the feature, it would just hide or bury posts that had a ton of downvotes. Each account could only vote once per post, so it'd be hard to abuse unless you had a ton of accounts, and then I'd just IP ban you.

What about temporarily preventing the user from posting though? Other wise flan will just keep commenting and people will constantly be clicking downvote on all his posts.
