We ate flan today! (pics)

My little brother wanted to go to a Chinese buffet today. I gave in.

They had a ton of different stuff. I saw this weird jello looking dish and tried it. It tasted really weird but kind of good, so I asked the waitress what it was called and she said FFFFFLLLLLAAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNN!!

TBH... nothing in that chinese buffet was good. everything looked really good, but then eating it was a huge let down.

Flan is one of my favorite desserts, when done right. Bad flan can be pretty mushy and insipid--similar to the difference between good and bad pizza.

I would classify our flan here as "bad flan.". Very, very bad flan...
