If you don't mind putting your game on hold for a few days to milk this guy, then do it. But, You'll only get $300k at a time, then have to wait two hours to see him again on your rivals list, and that's IF you find him again AND someone hasn't found him first.

If you have other opportunities, such as good robberies or farming, then I wouldn't change my game plan for a million or so.
