When i asked about the beta testers and the scratcher exploit, CCM said it was cheating and exploiting no matter if beta tester or not and everyone who did cheat and exploit the scratchers were dealt with.......(hmmm i think not)

Can only speak to one who was dealt with and they took 100000 a and d from him. he wound up joining one of my members crew, which is how i found out.

oh i still see almost everyone with theirs still but according to CCM there were either "dealt with" or "Big Spenders" so matter what you can either cheat and blame it on beta testing, you can cheat by hacking or glitches or all the ways these people do it no matter what everyone wont get caught or dealt with, it just something you have to play with like or not, cheating is a part of the game now just like the weekly events when one ends a few days later new one begin
