first one is a level 3, the other one is building right now. he has 15k stats, 115 mafia, almost 1k jobs completed and very little robberies/fights.

Yeah i cought a cheater 3 days ago and told him its not possible to have his equipments with his income and this idiot told me that he got them from stratchers.This scratchers is seriously good he earned hundreds of monster trucks,bulldozers,audis :p

Found a player on 87 with yachts, armoured jets, landmines, sarin gas and multiple grenade launchers. Along with hundreds of every respect item going from less than 2000 fights and hundreds of other expensive dollar weapons. Apparently this guy won the hundred million dollar scratcher. Must be legit you reckon?

Probably not, the armored jet alone runs $84,000,000. Hardly anyone has those & if they do maybe just a handfull at most. They are just not cost effective...well maybe not until a player hits $5,000,000 ph in income, but no one has made it that high yet.
