Epic Reset Timer FAIL!

I am embarassed to admit I just accidentally hit the reset timer and wasted 15 gold to save myself 12 SECONDS! My one hour collections are timed up with my hourly opens and as I am cooking I collected from my properties, opened the event and hit the space where the crowbar open would be. The second I did this I realized what I actually hit seeing there was 15 seconds left! It stalled a second and I hoped it didnt go through but sure enough my gold decreased and the timer reset with 12 seconds left. Is it that hard to have the gold decrease with time like everything else in this game?! I feel so dumb right now! By the way... it was another bomb suit! :mad:

I did back when getting ten opens would give you an event victory. With new format, I am ten to fifteen minutes late for each open

Thanks everyone! Did not think they would refund me for my stupidity! Ill send a ticket. Hearing about refunds like this is why you never hear me complain about Funzio/Gree. I may disagree with some things but I never post a thread or comment just to complain.

Yes they are usually fast about it... Now that I think about it, I probably have had them refund at least a half a dozen times. A few timer resets when my trigger finger was happy, a time when I accidental clicked finish on a building, a misclick on refilling energy. They have been great about it. Once I sold an upscale by mistake when I was trying to sell of decorations and was clicking too fast. They restored it and let me keep the money I gained from the sale. I have had nothing but great support experiences..(sometimes a little slow)
