on Title, i finish Gold and delete game, that a complete fraud trust me.
the a real shame and with this u can see how Funzio make money.. event are not for fun but for lost money ( real ) the luck is fake word, u don't need luck u need money only.. on my camper account i fail all... 2 day all fail ? that what they call luck maybe.... fraud again...
i have use reset yes but always got a crap item, there is not Nitro inside.. that a fraud from Funzio.
i contact my bank monday.
i'm not angry for event but the rate is just a fraud, all is make for spend money on Gold, more and more.. that a fraud.

i have try reset or normal use all hours, same result always crap item or 10 k cash.. 300 rp... but no Nitro. only 4 with 900 gold... i don't care about money realy but there is a problem i think..

wasn't to bad on old style you could use cash to get to 8 or 9 and finish with gold and 9 times out of 10 got the 10th
without using much gold but this new style is just money grabbing

I'd would go as far to say that 900 gold spent on the old style event going for 10 would give you a solid chance.(If spread out properly)Sounds like this guy got fukced by the RNG but still it's always a possibility. If you don't want to get burnt don't spend.

Funzio are making a killing from these events, and i don't blame them. Very clever way of making money. I've only spent £15 total i believe, probs won't spend any more. After all, it's just a game that i'll probs get bored of after a month or so, so there's not really any point. But the bank won't refund you the money mate. I'm afraid your stuck with the debt

I spent 4500 golds in the last item of the event with the "free banking item" and failed hard.

Firstly, with 30? opens and from what is looking like a 50%ish drop rate on nitro's (from AMG & Billionaires gold open results, the chance of that happening is incredibly unlucky, and you actually stand less chance at this happening than what you called Tissues a liar for.
Tissues has these results:
48 opens, 20fail (a very lucky open rate), 18 Nitro's (a fairly lucky amount, should be around 13-16 with those opens), 10 cash/loot (again should be around 13-16 with those opened. Its the open success rate that Tissues has been very lucky with, but with 2days left of the event he might have a nasty streak of failures now)
The parts in brackets were for you NTM to help you understand gambling and straight %chances of hitting something without anyother variables to account for.
Your unluck is unluckier than Tissues luck on this event - you sure it is not you that is lieing with your results showing a 13% nitros rate when opening crates?
Also, 50% of that gold was not even spent gambling - you pressed the reset button knowing exactly what will happen. In essence your complaining about £25 real money that you lost on a gambling-esque computer game event. I think it would be wiser to ask your parants how to look after and budget your income.

Sorry to say it is just bad luck for you! First of all I almost never use a timer reset because that is like double the gold for one open. Plus I dont want to get into the whole "Im opening and resetting until I get a nitro" mindset. Gold disappears too fast that way! Second I have been getting nitros more than I expected, both gold and cash option. I believe two seperate times I have gotten nitros twice in a row. So I think the odds are set right. It comes down to luck after that. I know its aggravating to get $6,000 when it costs $6,300 to open and then get a mafia member (because those are so hard to get :p) and then get 100 rps. When there are like 7 different possibilities in each case that means youll get upset 6 out of 7 times. Im not gonna bash you like everyone else here but if you are gonna use gold, use it more wisely.

Its not proof though - the guy who is in the lead has spent well over 100k$ on the game, why would he risk his account and all the money he has spent on some small time hax. The top 3 in the event are all massive gold buyers - I very much doubt any would be stupid enough to risk being banned to save what amounts to pennies to them.

This is the 3rd one of these events so don't feel sorry for you. It was pretty easy for anyone to see by now that 900 gold wasn't going to make a difference.
It is very well documented and easy to see if you are not prepared to spend +/-3000 gold on these events then there is no point spending any. Spending 900 then crying you didn't win just shows you lack of understanding and research, and is another example of how it is easy to separate a fool from their money which Gree is becoming very good at.

If your so angry then file a class action lawsuit claiming "False Adverstisement" and invite us all to join. After all are there many misleading things that Funzio/Gree do. I bought gold with real money to get an item it was the Crazy Hit N Runner and the stat fix has still not taken place. Therefore the item is not what it claimed to be. In the USA I would consider that false advertisement as it claimed to be 20% increase on my car attack stats. The same could be said about bodyguard agencies, Funzio should have disclosed the actual robbery/attack defense capability as required to "Advertise" -sell the item.

I am sure these games are arguably violating laws on some level and one could sue without it being considered being a frivolous lawsuit. If buying and spending gold on these events is considered a gamble then this game would be considered gambling. Is Funzio/Gree paying any gambling taxes to the state of California?

I believe Funzio (and all ap makers) use gold to get around the whole legal argument basically you buy gold with real money (paid to apple) where you get exactly what was advertised for the price advertised so can’t claim false advertising or any breach of fair trading act type laws on that transaction.
My understanding from there from some responses I have seen from CCMark is what then happens with that gold is irrelevant as far as the law is concerned since it is just a commodity within a game not real money (this part would need to be checked with reference to American law, in my country I believe they would still be liable under the fair trading act however does not seem the same is true in America)

Nice reading it Pro, although I pretty much thought along those lines there are so many loop holes in the law, for both sides of the coin. Are you from UK (like me!)? because look how much the banks have had to pay out in the past 1-2years, and now credit companies - I'm sure with the knowledge and right law company you could potentially make a pretty big impact without saying to much to these small app companies that create a simple but addictive game by bleeding their customers dry (not refering to funzi or gree here, there are other apps that cost even more than their games).
