How many points do I need to become ( hitman )

I am currently an enforcer and want to be a hitman. How can I do this without buying it with gold??

I think you can only choose once: enforcer, hitman, or tycoon. If you spend the gold to buy goodfella status, then you can be all three. No other way that I know about.

On my profile is says I'm an enforcer, I can upgrade that for 150 gold. I wanted to know if there is a way to upgrade without paying the 150 in gold!
