Troll Slayer

Completed Clearbrook and got the Troll Slayer. Checked and there he was (looks just like a Knight IIRC). Sometime later that day, he was gone. Has anyone else had that problem? Filed a ticket but they have not gotten back with me ... which they have always done much sooner than they are currently.

Anyone else have trouble with the Troll Slayer and/or customer service lately?

Saw that after I posted. Funzio doesn't seem to want to reply to my ticket. Guess I will wait and refill after the weekend. Thanks.
