I just saw someone with advanced airbase at lv 32. Is that possible or a cheat?

Yes, it's possible. Back in the day, there wasn't a level requirement.

Yep he's a camper and started before the level restrictions came in.

Does anyone read the FNG's anymore? I know JohnnyR covered this in his FNG. FYI any noobs reading this. Go to the FAQ sticky. There are links to all the guides that cover most questions. Also search the forums. This type of question is asked rather frequently.

With my lower level player, early last week I saw a dry docks and advanced airbase at level 19. What's odd, his IPH was only $90k and was holding $36mil with att/def of 787/991 with 23 allies. I did take as much as I could but could only get $900k as the most I could get in attacks was $60k per hit with a 5 hit limit. I leveled up 2x and he no longer shows on my newsfeed...darn, that was a nice for that level....I now have another cash cow who has $29mil at level 22, taken $3mil so far, he attacked back so I have him on my newsfeed for atleast a good 2 weeks. It's a shame these expansions take 48hours to complete as I have this money that I can not spend. The units I have unlocked are maxed out as what I bring to battle and unless I add more allies most will not even make it to battle. That's a nice problem to have!
