Who knows how much it's going to cost though. I could start using gold, be 500 gold in, and still need a lot more, but by then I will be too deep in to stop.

Same thing for me. Had to reset several times to even see in my goals, no splash screen yet, took about 25 stamina and 700 energy to trigger. Normally it triggered in 1 attack/raid for me in the past. First boss 2 hits and got the Elite Infiltrator 31/18. One more Aircraft Carrier pushed out on my attack side. :)

This rate in events soon though everyone will have indestructible units and zero losses like the pure gold armies. LOL

Finally triggered the event. It took me about 5 resets on my iPad. Would go to insurgent camp, hit the tank, if it didn't trigger I'd shut down the iPad and try again. After one free hit got the rare Battle Command 100/113! Nice start for me, only got two rares last time, hoping to do a little better. I do wish there were new units. I'm wondering if that's a mistake and will be fixed in a day or two.

Event still not appearing down under, have the defeat 30 times to receive in the goals folder but that is all.

This seems pretty typical though, they must roll it out via different servers or something, perhaps to match timezones.

All I can say to those playing is if you are going beyond 13 or 15 if you have the last event item to avoid getting caught up in a Gold trap.

Set yourself an amount of Gold you are willing to "risk" in attempting to get to boss 30.
When you get close to the max hits then do a pre-check on the elite's strength. When it activates, use the free option a few times and then actually measure the reduction in health to work out how many total points the elite has.

If it is beyond the point you can achieve without using Gold, then just let the current boss escape whilst you plan your next one. You will be able to start with max energy and should have worked out how much Gold is required, how many of each type of hit you will use and the best place to use them.

Previously the health bar was a very accurate indicator in the 10%-90% health range. It is not as accurate right at the top or at the bottom. Obviously not able to comment on this one as haven't seen it yet but doubt it will change much

Even if you choose not to do a pre-test and calculation strategy then please set a limit for your Gold spend and stick to it. If it gets you to thirty, yay, if it doesn't then so be it.

Historically the higher level a player is the more difficult it has been to get to 30.

Okay, the event has arived and have defeated the first two bosses.

For me at my level (141) the stength of the Boss appears very similar to last time, therefore I do not expect to get beyond boss 10, maybe 11 and 12 with timed level ups.

Last event the first elite was 0.84 of my base Cash attack at the start of the event, this time it is 0.86.
Second one last time was 1.44 Vs 1.39 this time.

Close enough with measurement erros to call it the same at this stage.

Avoid PvP so you dont complete valor missions.

And to your other question, new loot level is 81, not 71. Same as other events.

God Another Event, It just seems like they are just trying to take gold from us. Hell I havent even gotten my carrier from the last event. Each event ends up costing me 600 or more gold. I am beginning to get ticked off, thinking about skipping event all together, except for the first few levels.

I'm really starting to think it has more to do with your attack density at the beginning. I did some testing on my LLP. I started with around 80/Ally and used 3 free attacks on the fifth boss. I added 50 allies in hopes of continuing to use free options, but boss 6 took three cash attacks. My cash attacks are 85% stronger than my free attacks. I'm currently at 45/Ally.

Anyone know what the loot brackets are for the boss events? I just went to level 51 and they didn't change for me.Level 21, 41, 61, 81 put you into a new bracket.

I don't think adding allies necessarily helps, the boss strength seems to go up proportionately. But let us know what you see WP, doing 50 all at once should be a clear difference if there is one. What does it do to your attack density?

@WP it helps me on my alot as it significantly increases attack and helps me kill bosses quicker. But going from 15 allies to 20 and then 20-25 and 25-35. It has a bigger impact as we are talking a few hundred attack to already low numbers. At your level the increase would take considerably more allies (25-50) to impact your already godly attack stats.

When you say "reset", do you mean power off your device? If not, do that and see what happens.

Delete the app, re-install, open the game, then close it, then re- open again and give it a try. If that does not work, resist the urge to beat the device and instead send in a ticket and go get dinner or go to bed......there is plenty of time left.

I've defeated 3 so far and have gained 3 commons. I only got one rare in the last one so I'd like to improve on that this time round.
Doubt I'll be able to make it much past boss 15 as in the previous two boss events. Mind you I'm getting less and less bothered as its getting hard to keep up with all the different events running simultaneously.

Yeah, I have noticed that as well. I don't think I will be able to go as far as I did the last two events. I have noticed when Gree increases the size of the reward, they tend to make it harder or the odds increase.

Yeah, the last 2 boss events 1 only got 1 uncommon but this event rocks. My first win on the boss got me a rare then an uncommon

Anyone know if the cost of force/cash hits and the cash payouts changes with the level tier? I'm at 76 right now, and the loot is up one level from the previous boss, plus the cash hits and payouts are higher. Ex. boss 2, level 12 cost $48,750 per hit (increasing at $3,750/level), paid $245k (increasing at $30k from 11-20), boss 3, level 9 cost $50k per hit (increasing $5k/level), paid $300k (increasing $25k).

Not sure if these are event differences or level differences. Thought the level-up point was 81, but maybe it has changed. What are others seeing? I know a lot of others said same units, but maybe they just look the same.

ETA: I think this boss is stronger yet; I got to 17 free last time, looking more like 15 this time. And I have been doing nothing but adding B-52's, plus a few more Hornets. My attack actually started about 100 points lower than where I ended last time. :p

The first Boss was easy and i got the Tank.But the second one was not fair.I decided with Level 6 and the new Boss with Level 10 and i have played with Gold at Level 5.
I hope the next Boss is Easy

I am seeing the medium tier units as well. War Priest is at level 88 and he has the same tier units as we do. I don't know where they break, or even if there is another tier over this one.

Checkout that thread. You can get a total of 13 hits in without needing a medpack.

Important things to know:
- You have 100 health points
- Health points regenerate 1 per minute (unless you got the 10th item in the walkie talkie event)
- Each attack, you lose 25 health points
- If you retreat with less than 25 health points, you will not be able to attack until you regenerate to 25 (which is why you wait until you have 26 health points so you can get 2 attacks in before falling over)
- You'll want to wait 1hr, 40 minutes before starting another boss (don't do ANY attacks, raids, or missions in this time) so your health is fully regenerated

In summary:
Attack 3 times, then wait a minute (your health will then be at 26). Attack 2 more times. Wait 26 minutes and attack 2 more times. Keep waiting 26 minutes then attacking twice.

I'm pretty sure it's impossible to get all 30 bosses without using gold. If you choose to use gold, use medpacks to replenish your health. Each pack increases the total number of hits you can get in within the 2 hours by 5.

Yes, you can use the middle button for a cash attack instead of the free one. It doesn't show the number of health points you have -- just a health bar. I'd suggest setting a timer to countdown 26 minutes so you know you have replenished enough to get in the 2 hits.

Also, remember, just because your guy falls over, that doesn't mean the boss is gone. He leaves 2 hours after the EPIC BOSS APPROACHING screen. You WILL fall over after the first 5 hits and then after every 2 hits thereafter.

I cant thank all of you enough for helping me. I just found out its ok for the boss to die. I never let him die before. What a difference! I was able to defeat him in 9 hits with the faster refill time. Didnt help with rewards though, another common.

for some of you that have problem trigger the boss on first try either pvp or pve, I found the way to trigger him,
go to GOALS > defeat the black death brigade > FIGHT, the message find more bosses comes up, close the message
and that should trigger the boss ! ;)

You get money for defeating the bosses. Not sure how much but I don't see my stash going down.

Nothing is more annoying then when you screw up the timing a minute, which ends up wasting the entire 4 hour process. Needed full 13 hits to kill boss 17, and was only able to get 1 hit in the last, because I was 30 seconds off. Oh well, try again tomorrow.

they would bring back one of the other events. Like the attack one but instead ,successful raids or something. That's my problem too, timing. I can multi task and play the game , and do other **** all day long but what I can't do is organize it down to the minute.

Haha yea I try. It's tough to do on my iPhone because I have to still use it as a phone. Sometimes I ignore a call because I know it's about time to attack. Lol. Sometimes a call takes over 30 mins, and then I'm screwed. Oh well, it's only about $1M in cash, atleast it's not gold.

WP, you are getting cash equal to 4 cash hits value of the level.

So if you are spending 10-13 cash hits, you are getting into minus. And for somebody struggling in low levels - like 7-9 or similar - it is worth to think if very likely common unit has the stats according to money spend.

Since the middle of last (second) boss event and from the beginning of this one I am recording everything I can record - hits, value of hits, boss health, cost of cash hit, XP gain, cash gain, attack density, hit value vs my attack value in my profile etc. There is certainly some system and there are certainly from time to time numbers going outside the system for no specific reason on one level of boss, and then back to the system. What matters most of course is system of boss health and I need to go to higher levels of boss to say something more specific.
