Has anyone heard from support in a while ? I won the double currency event but still no gold! They even admitted that I won and have no idea y I never got my gold. I bought 3 vaults during the so called event. I also have another open ticket. Anyone else think this is unexceptable?!

I've been waiting over a week now for a ticket to be resolved. It's definitely not acceptable

Sounds unacceptable to me along with the fact that they cut the winners pool down to 250 and then removed the Top 250 prize modifier as well.

Company, game and forum are all slowly going down the pan.

no probs big brother💪 i have 2 pending tickets as well, only got the usual confirm mail. but i can say for sure they did chage a name last night which was requested just hours befor. not going more into detail but this buffles me.

The crass ciphers did not bother responding to my emails 3-4 weeks ago.

Typical customers are crap philosophy.

What do you expect for 5m/mo? They are going broke, and you want support?!
