Is there a reason I can't farm anything in Pier 13?

Literally for weeks I've been "farming" the factory in Pier 13. While I've gotten lots of drops during events and the money per energy is good, I've literally never gotten a single one of the armor pieces the factory supposedly puts out.

I've had the same issue with the helicopter in the army base. I was farming the tea house in china town and did get one of the vehicles once, but outside of that it seems that the drops simply aren't happening. I haven't completed a map since the South End Projects and Junkyard - so is there some rule that if you aren't close enough/haven't completed enough previous maps that the drops don't exist?

Keep up your patience, all you need to buy in is that specific job.
Drop rate has nothing to do with other jobs.

I've got 88 bomb squad suit(5/18) at the place you mentioned, looting needs long time persistence in order to make the drop rate converge to its theoretical probability.

Understood, I just figured I'd have one by now. I'm taking a break and just farming money from Ladd now.

During events only, I've been hitting the apartment complex to get event drops and the Hot Box Van, both drop fairly consistently there.

Army base helicopter has a terrible drop rate...

The tea house also has a low drop rate, I found this out the hard way :P

The Factory has a decent drop rate, I scrounged 43 out of it before I didn't need the cash and realized how quickly I was levelling at the time.

I looted 88 bomb squad, 105 ECBs. 9000+ fights won, still at level 115.

I looted 88 bomb squad, 105 ECBs. 9000+ fights won, still at level 115.

Because I'm a serial robber and I am doing UWVs currently. Up to 111 right now already :P

I am weak in vehicle, so I am starting the ECB looting spree with a 7mil buy in, the govt limo buy in was like 3mil so I openned it also. I would prefer to have my vehicles loaded with govt limo (for def) and exelero for atk, but 1) the govt limo is not dropping great for me right now 2) the ECB seems to drop better right now for me, so I can use the bump in stats and still hope to end up with exelero and govt limo's as my vehicle base.

I've gotten a lot from the Tea House......I usually expend all my energy at once though.....

Because I'm a serial robber and I am doing UWVs currently. Up to 111 right now already :P

UWV is awesome as well, I might switch to UWV after 200 ECBs on hand.

Only spend RP on FCGs with so many lootable armor out there, bought 15 NVBs and will never touch it again.

I am going for 250 UWV and then starting government limo at the map that unlocks at level 115. La Rambla I believe
