He has 500+ of all the respect point items...I know, he "won" a scratcher...

He has also 499 armored jets, at level 118( they are not available at that level) , ...With poor economy...

There is never been a scratcher possibility about massive RP or Money weapons.

People who overlap any of their inventory by 500 weaker RP or Money weapons must be hacker.
limited RP owners will bank them if they are fully equiped.
