So what you'll get out of the bosses is similar to how they do it in MW (and maybe KA?) - depending on your EP level and the # of times you've beaten a boss you'll get a chance at different items (3 common/3 uncommon/3 rare). Obviously the higher your level the better the stuff is. At least at the HL's the stuff doesn't change based on how many times you've beaten him.

The top rares (for HL's)

(level 101-150):
Urban Combat Helm (83/256)
Hellion Truck (197/164)
Police Special (165/198)

(level 151+):
Police Special (165/198)
Enhanced Fighting Armor (118/279)
Mob Speeder (190/206)

Do these bosses have stats as well or is this a chance thing?Based on how it works on MW the higher level you are and the number boss you're on they're progressively harder. I don't know that there's hard data on it....and quite honestly I don't think it would help all that much. You'll be able to tell if you can take the boss down in the 2hr window after hitting him once.

if like MW they just have health the more you beat the more health they have, so it takes longer for you to beat them because your health stays the same unless you spend gold to refill your health, so you just have to beat them to get there health to zero. the more and better the weapons you have take more health from the enemy. so people who have very little mafia will do less damage because they don't have a full outfitted mafia. so better to have full 500 to do the most damage

p.s. this is how it was explained to me from a MW player not my first hand knowledge

im guessin if you have full mafia with good respect items its possiblePretty much anyone can beat the first couple of bosses. If you get lucky, like I have in MW you can pick up some rares real quick. I think I got rares on my first bosses each event. (haven't used gold)

your health is a set standard you can't increase it. but you can refill with gold. as i was talking to another MW player last night they said they had an event that the bonus item was to increase health 20% faster but only works during the epic boss events

I'm saving for my Level 10 $3.6m warships, I'm at Level 10 so even if I retreat I can't beat the level 4 Epic Boss at the moment to the edge of the 2hrs. Will wait until I've got a few Warships before hammering the Epics, shouldn't be too difficult while collecting those lovely 28/36 each babies.

Can anyone explain this process? I'm unfamiliar with epic bosses. I have an L10 at MW but never really played other than camping. Do these bosses affect your w/l? Same battle screen? How is this different than fighting a hood rat?

You do PVP and PVE and then a boss shows up where you fight him. Every time he hits you you lose 25 health out of 100. When you beat the boss you get an item like either a rare uncommon or common. The bosses get harder as you beat them. If you run out of health you have to wait 25 minutes for a quarter of your health to recharge or buy a medkit to recharge your health completely.

I'm glad I just took a break and didn't totally quit. This sounds awesome, the new map loot drops are awesome! The new event system stinks, the scratchers are awesome(my luck stinks) etc. Anyway, can't wait for this to start!
