Post screenshots/photos straight to the forum

It's probably been asked a million times but what's the best way to post screenshots/photos from my iPhone straight to the forum, without people having to click on a link. I probably could just google it but I thought I'd ask you guys instead.

upload them to various sites of one u want (i use tinypic.com, its pretty fast. others use photo bucket) then copy the url of the pic (not website) and paste it in btwn the middle 2 brackets of this formula

anyone know how to do a screen grab from an ipad? it doesn't seem to be the same buttons as the iPhone.

Touch the round button at the same time as the lock button
Goes straight into photos

Using photobucket, how do you edit the picture, ex. Removing the game name?
