When will the new areas be available?

As soon as the new areas are released won't they be taken out of the goals?

Would seem silly to do every job in the final 2 maps before getting to them. After all the M4A1 farming I've only just got past Pier 13.

ive completed all areas level one and this is not true, ive completed all 5 levels up to broadway. which is currently at level 4
