If (2), then hypothetically we should be able to create a long chain of defense buildings within range of one next to the other. With this chain, all building defense numbers would add together and affect every building within range of the total summed defense #, no?

Mark, I'd like to know why the support staff have greatly differed in resolving issues for different players. For example, the Bodyguard Agency buildings. Many of my friends have been given a full refund of gold and some also were even refunded the cash they spent on upgrading them. Other players were refused any refund at all. I am one of the ones that didn't make the cut of the chosen ones who have been granted that request. I have pm'd you regarding this issue and you asked me for the ticket numbers for my request as well as those of two friends of mine who are a married couple; the wife was given an apology, a full refund of the gold, and all the cash spent on upgrading them, and the husband was refused this same request as was I. I sent you all three ticket numbers and I have not heard a thing from you since then even though I have pm'd you again asking what the status of this was. And of course neither I nor the husband have been given any refund of the gold or cash.

So I am a very dissatisfied consumer of this company. I would like a straight answer for once. Why are the support staff so unfairly inconsistent with their handling of identical requests from us? Is it possible to explain why some people have been granted a refund for the gold spent on the Bodyguard Agency buildings and upgrading cash while others have been refused?

Maybe 350 gold is no big deal to some, but I'm not able to afford to buy much gold as I'm totally and permanently disabled and I have a very limited fixed income, so it is a big deal to me!

I thinking this is what Joie is asking. In KA, you are not able to purchase the higher honor units that are in the game files. Because so many of the Forum members use the game files, I think they assume these units are available until they upgrade their unit buildings, only to find the honor units are not available. I don't remember ever seeing these units being available.

Can you confirm? Were they available and then taken away?

On the roadmap, do you think these high honor KA units will be released? If so, any timetable?

As far as promoting in-game stuff ahead of time: that's risky. I can't really promise. I'm shooting for it, but we'll see. I'd like to put up a [SCHEDULED] tag on the post and then a [LIVE] tag when it goes live. I just have to convince the product team. I can say that I'm trying to notify players as close to right on the start time as possible, and we will be updating via social media (just KA and ZJ for now, but more coming soon).

Then in one or two days I see a high level of attacks by other members. My vault and gold are basically the same and during the same style event. The attack level doesn’t seem random. I was thinking there might be a reason on why I might appear higher on the Battle List during certain times. Is there a trigger that will put you higher on the Battle List?

Suggestion: it would be nice to get at least one honor point for every battle or raid that is won, even if you didn’t initiate. Getting one experience point isn’t beneficial to me. It is nice having someone leave a Gold tip before they leave, but not everyone is so nice. One honor point for each raid or attack could add up for the end-game.

Huh? If your defense buildings get wrecked they don't contribute; that's a valid part of the game. Think of it this way, if your machine gun turret has been destroyed how is it protecting you?

(my personal guess is 90% of problems reported are working right, but the player has limited visiability of that).

2. I see you're not accepting questions about future developments, but perhaps there could be a way MW and the other games could have a screen that shows you what units/bonuses etc., were used - even if the quantities are hidden (as I see the math mechanics of several aspects are off limits).

3. How is Funzio organized. How are decisions made? Who decideds the units, stats, bonuses, new features, etc.? Is there some insanely brilliant math wiz behind it all that knows time = money, and all the units, buildings, bonues, etc., somehow coorelate some basic properties?

1) Most of the time it's working as intended and people are attributing things to glitches that are just luck. Occasionally it's a fix that's being rolled out slowly. Sometimes it's a bug. It's almost never a glitch or cheat.

2) That's more a feature request than anything else, and I'll gladly suggest it.

3) Funzio doesn't exist any more. We do have a design time, and a business intelligence team, and a product team that all get together and figure out the way to make the game really engaging. My role in the company is to advocate, analyze, and advertise. I take your feedback and try to sell it to the company. I take what the company rolls out and try to sell it to you. It's really a "rock and a hard place" position to be in, but I enjoy the challenge.

It's not a glitch. Some people are really lucky, and there is some math behind the scenes that players don't know. No one is intentionally doing anything.

Real spam, ads, making tons of garbage posts. I do what I can, but we're getting more help soon.

Since I can't add new functions, can't make support do anything, and can't fix bugs, I'm going to go with communication.

KoD: I think I can answer this one already for you...That's actually normal... the prize is for Completing the maximum level within the rank... which naturally means you are starting at the bottom of the next rank when you do get the end of the previous ranks items and loot.

Otherwise why the hell bother with getting more than 9 million BP? the final level answers this issue because you get the reward for 'completing' the special ops rank... you are in that rank... just the gumby bottom end... when you advance on you get your thank you gifts... lol.

The mini ranks are linked to the % you have done within that rank... it makes it feel less... so far away... as you hit each sub rank. I hit Major Apprentice (now at 813kBP) and look forward to hitting 1st and knowing I'm nearly to completing it... Been PvP'ing like made for 6 weeks to get this high but the Big Boss events have slowed me down as the casualties hurt my BB event attempts from the PVP
