So I found this guy with over $ 5 mil out... Attacked and got only $ 30k ?

Is that the max u can get no mather how much $ the imbesil have at hand?

Yes. But you can attack 10 times and get more.

If you rob buildings it can be more, lots more.

Yep 30k or if you hit them the max times(10) 300k no matter how muck they have.

Yeah, though have found sometimes I can rob all the choice buildins and still hit 10 times. When that happens it can be a very good outing.
